We had an amazing stay at this home stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating overlooking the pretty garden. The breakfast was delicious, with tropical fruits and a variety of dishes. The hotel is conveniently located on the left side of the road going into the center of town, making it easy to explore the local city center with its many restaurants. The staff provided excellent service, taking care of all our needs and giving us useful information. this was a fantastic experience.

We stayed at Lal Home Stay for 3 nights during our visit to Sri Lanka. Lal and his family were the kindest and most welcoming hosts we encountered during our travels. They provided a clean and comfortable home and cooked delicious Sri Lankan meals for breakfast and dinner. Lal even went above and beyond by offering us a ride after our hike at Lion's Rock and ensuring we made it to our flight in Negombo. We had a truly pleasant experience and highly recommend this homestay.

The rooms were clean and basic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious home-cooked food, which was a highlight of my time there.

While the rooms were clean, they were a bit run-down and could benefit from some updates. there was no TV or fridge in the room, which may be a downside for some guests.

We loved our stay here, everything was perfectly fine. Immaculate rooms, perfectly comfortable beds, really amazing location. There was free wifi. Its kitchen had coffee/tea making machines, refrigerators and an oven.

It was a beautiful apartment for one night close enough to Kaudulla national park, the attraction, and the garden at the back of the house. Although beds were quite hard, we spent here such great time.

The location was excellent, with easy access to popular attractions like Sigiriya and Piduranagala. Transportation was convenient, with the hotel providing a bicycle for getting around. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, providing helpful advice and recommendations for planning my time. The breakfast and dinner prepared by Nalani were delicious and authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.

The traditional Sri Lankan curry dinner on the veranda was absolutely delicious. The location is superb, with easy access to Sigiriya and Pidurangala. Lal is very knowledgeable about the area and was always available to offer advice and assistance. Breakfast was also a highlight, especially the coconut pancakes. we highly recommend Lal Home Stay for its warm hospitality and delicious food.
